Came here on a Sunday afternoon and this place was very busy! It's a Chinese supermarket, so they sell all sorts of groceries, fresh produce, meats , fish, etc! The place wasn't the cleanest, but it's expected of a Chinese supermarket. There's also plenty of food traffic in here bc it's in a very busy mall. It had everything I was looking for and the prices were not bad, will definitely be back! Thanks!

Anything Asian you want or need is here. Fresh, still alive, seafood, meats, pastries, you name it. I bought durian mochi, chili oil and lychees. The important stuff. You'll always know a legit market by the real food smell. It's appealing to me, but could be a put off at other shops. Here it's just the right amount of real. The store is easy to get around, clean, and organized. Staff is helpful and the lines to check out went quickly. This area of Queens is fun! I plan to come back very, very soon!

It's been located inside A shopping mall. Huge, and everything is affordable prices. 2tofus are $2.50. This is more than half prices. you'll need probably at least 1hr to spend time shopping there.

The largest Asian supermarket in the largest Asian community in the USA, J Mart offers two large floors in the New World Mall full of fresh produce, dry goods, meat and fish, at mostly reasonable prices. It sits in the middle of Flushing, Queens, on Main Street right across from the elevated subway station. We were there to prepare for Spring Festival by purchasing specialty items not available in our local stores. Roast black chicken, pig and chicken feet, pork belly, persimmons, hot pot fish balls, thin sliced beef and sunflower seeds. We also found the special treats (cookies and candy) given to visiting family and friends over the long holiday. We parked beneath the mall, always a challenge, but we were early enough to find a spot near the elevators, two levels below the first floor market entrance, and right under the famous New World Food Court and restrooms. Experience taught us to have the parking ticket stamped by the cashier to receive two hours of free parking. That was more than enough time to allow us to shop and walk across the street to a local bakery for coffee and tasty pastries, and then to a small apothecary to secure a supply of sea cucumber. We were finished with our provisioning and back on the road by 11:00 a.m. to navigate our way back through Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island and New Jersey to the beauty and quietude of our Bucks County home.
